In Ghana there's an African princess called Ashanti. In French, it means to sing. In Indian, it means peace or war."
Fave Flicks: "The Color Purple with Oprah Winfrey. You know, I watch Lifetime a lot -- the women's network! The Gods Must Be Crazy is a hilarious, hilarious movie! I love comedies."

Hidden Talents: "Um, I can cross my two big toes! No, but I actually dance. I used to go to a professional dance studio called Bernice Johnson Cultural Arts Center, and I did tap, jazz, ballet, African, modern, hip-hop, everything. It's good to be well-rounded, and all the different kinds of dance serve a purpose."
