HAWAII'S 50TH ANNIVERSARY OF STATEHOOD
Ok so how many of you got to see Danny perform in the Capitol Building this afternoon? Another milestone for Danny singing These Islands to a VIP audience and looking dynamite, another milestone for his song that represents Hawaii so well and now on it's 50th Anniversary of Statehood.
Congratulations go to Danny on his stellar performance, seen around the world via internet.

Music, dignitaries to mark half-century of statehood
The current and former Hawaii governors will be there. So will other top politicians. At 11:55 a.m. Wednesday, two F-15 Eagle fighter jets will streak over the state Capitol to mark the moment President Eisenhower signed the Hawaii Admission Act granting statehood 50 years ago.
"We should all step back and look at this milestone as an incredible achievement," said Kippen de Alba Chu, chairman of the 50th Anniversary of Statehood Commission, which has planned a yearlong series of events to mark the semicentennial.

We hope that you find Danny Couch singing to you this Christmas. If not on your TV, maybe in your CD player! Just a reminder that Danny will be performing at halftime today (Christmas Eve.) If we are lucky we could hear "Christmas In Hawaii" and "Hawaii My Paradise". ESPN will televise the game -Nevada against Central Florida- at 8:30 p.m. ET (3:30 p.m. Hawai'i time) It's titled the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl which is played in the Aloha Stadium (Honolulu.)
