 Actress Fann Wong new spokesman for slimming pills 20-Apr-2004
FANN Wong would have you believe that she has weight problems, too. At the launch of slimming product Xando Tablet on Wednesday — which Fann is endorsing — the MediaCorp artiste claimed it helped her shed 2kg in just one month.
The 1.71m-tall artiste, who admits having a weakness for sweet foods, now tips the scale at ...50kg.
"It was winter and we ate a lot, so I put on a lot of weight," she said of a recent trip to China, on a shoot. "When you see me, my figure is always ideal. What you don't see is when I'm 'fat'. I would be hiding at home to lose those extra pounds!"

Singapore-born model-singer-actress Fann Wong has been cast opposite Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson in 'Shanghai Knights' sequel to the 2000 hit Shanghai Noon, reports Hollywood Reporter.
Fann Wong will join the pair in Shanghai Knights as Chan's character's high-kicking little sister, Chon Lin. It's expected that she will also act as a love interest to Wilson's wideboy cowboy.
