Van Buren in Pantomime Andrew Van Buren will be presenting his Egyptian Magic & illusions act as the Sultan sorcerer supreme, in the pantomime Dick Whittington at the Albert Halls Bolton, UK, from 29th November till 5th January 2003.
Press biography reads:
"A man of mystery and a cunning sorcerer, the Sultan is a troubled man with a land plagued with rats. He will bestow boundless riches upon anyone who can rid his kingdom of these pests."
Andrew Van Buren’s CV reads like a ‘Who’s Who of Showbiz’. With his partner Allyson, Andrew has appeared on such TV shows as ‘The Des O’Connor Show’, ‘Blue Peter’ and the ‘Big Breakfast’. The renowned illusionist and stage magician is equally at home entertaining the stars at the BRIT Awards, representing Great Britain at the World EXPO, or performing for royalty as he did for the Prince and Princess of Wales.
Having just returned from extensive cruising for P&O on their luxury cruise ships The Aurora and Arcadia, where they presented their own full illusion show, both Andrew and Allyson hope that you enjoy their unique blending of illusions into the story of ‘Dick Whittington’.
