 Showzam new variety
At the request of the Showzam festival organisers Andrew Van Buren will be returning to the UK to put together & present a colourful floral magic act specifically themed for the Showzam new variety & magic festival.
The carnival ball will be held in the Tower Ballroom for an evening of dancing, cabaret and vintage glamour. Burlesque beauties, elegant dancers, and other stars of neo variety once again visit Blackpool in a one night only, specially commissioned show!
Andrew Van Buren served a childhood apprenticeship most performers only dream about, travelling the world with his parents show working not just in theatre but also circus. This early grounding & years of experience have led to Andrew & his team now touring the UKs largest illusion show literally around the world.
Van Buren is renowned for creating fully themed shows & spectaculars, many of which have been staged in Europe, the Middle East and often the Van Buren's can be seen performing on luxury cruise liners. With a list of appearances and performances before British Royalty, on numerous TV shows including Blue Peter and the Generation Game, performing at the Brit Awards, shows and diverse projects with Ant and Dec, Paul O Grady and DJ Judge Jules. Making singer Lulu, comedian Peter Kay, Jaguar and BMW cars magically appear on stage. Also on several occasions involving members of the Coronation Street TV soap in appearances, disappearances and even making them float in mid air.
